本文通过注中向模内添加发热剂和钢锭帽部温度场的测定,研究了发热剂对钢锭帽部的热行为和对钢锭底部夹杂的去除。结果表明,模内添加发热剂能向铜锭帽部钢液提供10多度的过热,能有效地降低钢中大型夹杂的数量,使年度探伤挑出率从1.21~2.04%降低到0.05%以下。
In this paper, the thermal behavior of the heating agent on the ingot cap part and the removal of inclusions in the ingot bottom were investigated by measuring the temperature field in the mold by adding heating agent and the ingot cap temperature field. The results show that the addition of heating agent in the mold can provide more than 10 degrees of overheating to the molten steel in the cap and head of the ingot, which can effectively reduce the amount of large inclusions in the steel and reduce the annual testing and exclusion rate from 1.21 to 2.04% to less than 0.05% .
