一、从学生实际出发,重视非智力因素的培养,以促进智力的发展。 农村中学的学生,智力因素(观察能力、思维能力、想象能力等)相对较差,因此,重视对学生非智力因素(兴趣、动机、情感、意志、性格等)的培养就尤为必要。心理学家认为,非智力因素和智力因素在一定条件下相互促进,学生学习上的成功是二者共同作用的结果。
First, proceed from the students’ realities and pay attention to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors to promote the development of intelligence. Students in rural middle schools have relatively poor intelligence factors (observing ability, thinking ability, imagination ability, etc.). Therefore, it is particularly necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ non-intellectual factors (interest, motivation, emotion, will, personality, etc.).
