为了正确引导保健食品的开发和消费.探讨保健食品的管理对策和对人群进行营养保健和识教育的模式.1998年4~5月对412名保健食品消费者进行了抽样调查.结果表明,消费者获得保健食品知识的三要途径是广播电视和报刊杂志.分别占83.5%和59.5%;保健食品知识普及率较低、29.9%的消费者将保健食品的功能与药物的治疗作用混淆,58.0%的消费者不认识保健食品专用标志;对标签说明书和广告持相信态度的仅为17.7%;食用后达到预期效果的为19.5%;37.9%在过去一年中购买保健食品的费用不足200元.提示应进一步加快对保健食品的研究与开发.尽快完善保健食品的管理法规和卫生技术规范,采取有效措施对消费者进行营养保健知识教育.
In order to properly guide the development and consumption of health foods, the management measures for health foods and the model of nutrition health care and knowledge education for the population were studied. From April to May 1998, 412 health food consumers were sampled. The results showed that consumption The three most important ways for people to obtain health food knowledge are radio and television and newspapers and magazines. They accounted for 83.5% and 59.5% respectively; the penetration rate of health food knowledge was low, and 29.9% of consumers confused the function of health foods with the therapeutic role of drugs, 58.0 % of consumers did not recognize health food special signs; only 17.7% believed in label brochures and advertisements; 19.5% had achieved expected results after eating; 37.9% had spent less than 200 yuan on health food purchases in the past year. Tips should further accelerate the research and development of health foods. As soon as possible to improve health food management regulations and health technical norms, and take effective measures to provide consumers with nutrition and health education.
