为了提高烟株的钾含量和品质,通过对盆栽烟草品种施用苹果酸和柠檬酸,分析其对烟叶钾含量、土壤速效钾含量和烟草生理特性的影响。结果表明:经过有机酸处理的烟草叶片钾含量、叶绿素含量、根系活力和土壤速效钾含量都高于对照,烟株抗逆酶活性低于对照。其中苹果酸处理的根际土壤速效钾含量、烟叶钾含量、叶绿素含量、烟叶过氧化氢酶活性、烟叶过氧化物酶活性、烟叶丙二醛含量、根系过氧化氢酶活性和根系过氧化物酶活性高于柠檬酸处理,而根系活力、烟叶超氧化物歧化酶活性、根系超氧化物歧化酶活性和根系丙二醛含量低于柠檬酸处理。该结果可为大田烟叶生产提供一定的参考。
In order to improve the potassium content and quality of tobacco plants, the effects of potassium content, available potassium content and tobacco physiological characteristics on potted tobacco varieties were analyzed by applying malic acid and citric acid. The results showed that potassium content, chlorophyll content, root activity and soil available potassium content of tobacco leaves treated with organic acid were higher than those of the control. The contents of available potassium, rhizosphere potassium content, chlorophyll content, catalase activity, tobacco leaf peroxidase activity, malondialdehyde content, root catalase activity and root peroxide The enzyme activity was higher than that of citric acid treatment, and root activity, superoxide dismutase activity, root superoxide dismutase activity and root MDA content were lower than citric acid treatment. The result can provide certain reference for the production of tobacco leaf in Daejeon.
