我院于2007年1月-2009年12月,采用经后路一期360°全椎体切除、脊髓环形减压、内固定重建术,对14例胸椎患者进行手术治疗,取得了满意疗效,现将护理要点报告如下。1材料与方法1.1一般资料本组患者14例,男9例,女6例,年龄32～69岁,平均52.5岁。肿瘤类型:继发性肿瘤4例:血管瘤1例,骨巨细胞瘤2例,骨髓瘤1例,转移瘤10例:肝癌3例,食管癌3例,肺癌2例,前列腺癌1例,甲状腺癌1例。肿瘤发生部位:T3 1例,T4 1例,T5 2例,
