江苏省淮阴农业机械修理厂(以下简称淮阴厂)原来是按照苏联场站修理厂“1662”号标准型式设计的,分三年逐步建成,计划投资65—80万元。为了达到“多、快、好、省”的要求,坚决贯徹执行了党中央所提出的“勤检建国,勤俭办企业,勤检办一切事业”的指导方针,处处开动脑筋,精打细算,为国家节省了大量的基本建设投资。从筹建开始到全面正式投入生产,实际投资37万元,仅占原计划最低投资总数的56.92%。
