提高公民生态伦理素质是实现人与自然和谐发展的必由之路。我国的生态环境和公民的生态伦理素质现状不容乐观,迫切需要进行生态伦理干预。普及生态科学知识,强化生态责任意识;营造生态保护氛围,奠定生态文化基础;完善教育,树立正确的生态价值观;完善法律政策,明确公民权利义务,提供生态法制保障;疏通生态参与渠道,提高生态道德实践能力;健全生态评价体系,激励生态行为养成;大力发展绿色科技,培养绿色消费习惯是政府、媒体、学校等社会主体宜于对公民进行生态伦理干预的主要举措。
Improving citizens’ eco-ethical quality is the only way to realize the harmonious development between man and nature. The current situation of ecological environment and citizens’ ecological ethics in our country is not optimistic, and ecological ethical intervention is urgently needed. Popularize the knowledge of ecological science and strengthen the awareness of ecological responsibility; create an atmosphere of ecological protection and lay the foundation of ecological culture; perfect education and establish correct ecological values; perfect laws and policies, clarify the rights and obligations of citizens and provide ecological and legal guarantee; dredge ecological participation channels and enhance ecology Moral practice ability; improve the ecological evaluation system to encourage ecological behavior to develop; to develop green technology and cultivate green consumer habits is the government, the media, schools and other social subjects should be the main measures for ecological ethical intervention in citizens.
