过去钻探机场铺设机台木时,是采用螺丝杆穿过机台木的办法来连结的.这种方法比较麻烦,孔眼不正,常需新钻孔.因此,在这次革新运动中,105勘探队常贮远同志提出使用压板螺丝连接法来固定机台木和机台枕的联结,方法简便易行,现作一简要介绍,供参考采用.压板的构造如图1所示.用长方形铁板锻打而成,在两端钻有螺杆孔.压板的尺寸A,依机台木宽而定.其他各部尺寸不限,设计时选择,但应保证足够的强度.
In the past, when drilling the paving slabs of the airport, they were connected by means of screw rods passing through the wood. This method was cumbersome, the holes were not correct, and new holes were often needed. Therefore, in this innovation movement, 105 exploration was conducted. The team’s General Comrade Yuan Chuan proposed to use a platen screw connection method to fix the connection between the machine wood and the machine pillow. The method is simple and easy to use. Now it is briefly introduced for reference. The structure of the pressure plate is shown in Figure 1. The rectangular iron is used. Plates are forged and screw holes are drilled at both ends. The size A of the press plate is determined by the width of the machine table. The other parts are not limited in size and are selected at design time, but sufficient strength should be ensured.
