体育教学中的人际交往是指基于体育课堂教学活动,生生之间或师生之间在心理上和行为上发生相互影响的过程。体育教学活动中的人际交往形成了一定的人际关系,反映了体育教学过程中教学主体之间相互影响作用的具体状态,它主要由教师、学生以及师生赖以活动的课堂教学环境三种因素构成。本文重点对教师在体育教学中人际关系交往中的影响作一些阐述。一、教师的情感素养教师的情感素养主要体现在三个方面:(一)宽容的态度
