一般养蟹周期为两年,刚孵出的小蟹如蚤状幼体在水体中发育生长,逐渐长成小蜘蛛一样的大眼幼体,即为蟹苗。大眼幼体又要经过1年的培育,形成80～200只/kg的扣蟹,再养殖1年,才能长成商品蟹。如果采用快速养殖法,可把当年的大眼幼体养成商品蟹,能缩短1年的养殖周期,这样既省工省料,经济效益又高。现将快速养殖法介绍如下:
