长期以来,青海省经济发展形成了资源型、原材料型和重化工产业为主的结构模式。近年来,受经济整体下行的影响,青海省经济下行压力持续加大,亟需加快供给侧改革,从提高供给质量着手,推进结构性改革,优化要素配置,提升供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性。本文通过分析青海省经济金融协同发展现状及面临的困境,探索金融推动供给侧改革、促进青海省经济转型提速的相关措施建议。
For a long time, the economic development of Qinghai Province formed a resource-based, raw material-based and heavy chemical industry-based structural model. In recent years, under the influence of the overall economic downturn, the downward pressure on the economy in Qinghai Province has continued to intensify. It is imperative to speed up supply-side reform, start with improving supply quality, promote structural reforms, optimize the allocation of factors and enhance the adaptability of supply structure to changes in demand And flexibility. Based on the analysis of the status quo and the difficulties faced by the coordinated development of economy and finance in Qinghai Province, this paper explores some suggestions on how to promote supply-side reform by finance and promote the economic transformation in Qinghai Province.
