具有六方晶体结构的MoS2,在各种固体润滑涂层中能否充分发挥其减摩作用,在很大程度上决定于 MoS2在涂层中的位向。文中对镀层的微观结构及晶粒取向进行了深入的透射电镜(TEM)及X射线衍射分析,证明镀层中的MoS2晶粒,绝大多数都以其(0001)基面平行于镀层表面.显示了明显的择优取向特点。此外还结合镀层的微观结构分析.对Ni与MoS2两相的共沉积过程进行了讨论。
MoS2 with a hexagonal crystal structure can exert its antifriction effect in various solid lubricating coatings to a great extent depending on the orientation of MoS2 in the coating. In this paper, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzes of the microstructure and grain orientation of the coating show that the majority of the MoS2 grains in the coating are parallel to the coating surface with their (0001) basal planes. Shows a clear preference for orientation features. In addition it combines the microstructure of the coating. The co-deposition of Ni and MoS2 phases was discussed.
