“一年一场风,从春刮到冬”。甘肃省风能资源丰富,主要集中在河西走廊,特别是酒泉市的瓜州县、玉门市荒漠地区及肃北马鬃山地区素有“世界风库”之称。继2006年甘肃省委省政府提出“建设河西风电走廊,再造陆上三峡”的战略构想后,2008年全国首个千万千瓦级风电项目落户酒泉,2010年5月国务院出台的《关于进一步支持甘肃经济社会发展的若干意见》对发展新能源产业从政策层面上予以坚定支持,甘肃省风电产业“风速”发展,金融资源也“顺风”而动,为甘肃省风电产业发展注入了强大动力。
