急性上消化道出血是急诊常见的病症之一,系指食管、胃、十二指肠、胆道及胰腺的出血。对此症紧急处理的关键在于及早明确出血原因并予以合理治疗。一、上消化道出血的常见原因上消化道出血大多数是由于上消化道器官的疾病引起的出血,部分是由邻近器官疾病所致,少数是全身性疾病的局部出血。 1.上消化道疾病:引起上消化道出血者以消化性溃疡为多,约占40～70％,其次为门静脉高压症
