各区、县级市人民政府,市府直属各单位:为贯彻全国八届人大四次会议批准的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》和党中央、国务院关于在我国农村要因地制宜地发展和完善不同形式的农村合作医疗和保健制度的精神,结合我市实际情况,就完善和发展我市农村合作医疗和保健制度通知如下:
The people’s governments of all districts and county-level cities and all units directly under the municipal government: “The National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China,” the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and the 2010 Vision Outline for the People’s Republic of China, and the Party’s Directive for the Implementation of the Fourth Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress. The Central and State Council’s guidelines on the development and improvement of different forms of rural cooperative medical care and health care systems in rural areas in rural areas in China, combined with the actual situation in the city, will inform and improve the rural cooperative medical care and health care system in the city as follows:
