大庆油田是伴随着共和国的成长而发展起来的。40多年 来,大庆石油人在为国家创造巨大物质财富的同时,也创造 了宝贵的精神财富--大庆精神、铁人精神。截至1999年年 底,大庆油田累计生产原油15.5亿吨,为国家上缴各种资金 2214亿元,并承担原油价差4190亿元。1999年11月,根据 国务院关于国企改革的精神,按照中国石油天然气集团公司 的统一部署,大庆石油管理局重组为大庆石油管理局和大庆 油田有限责任公司两个企业,优良资产划入油田公司上市。
