角膜病是我国主要致盲眼病之一,角膜移植是复明的最有效途径。为解决供体角膜材料的缺乏,89～91年我们采用幼儿角膜作为光学移植材料,效果满意。材料和方法1.病例:本文选择随访资料完整的15例穿透角膜移植病人,其中角膜白斑8例,圆椎角膜5例,家族遗传性角膜营养不良2例。视力:光感或手动9眼,指数6眼。
Corneal disease is one of the major causes of blindness in our country. Corneal transplantation is the most effective way to recapitulate. In order to solve the lack of donor corneal material, 89 to 91 years we use children’s cornea as an optical graft material, the effect is satisfactory. Materials and methods 1. Case: This selection of follow-up data complete 15 cases of penetrating keratoplasty patients, including 8 cases of corneal leukoplakia, 5 cases of corneal vertebra, familial hereditary corneal dystrophy in 2 cases. Eyesight: 9 light perception or manual, index 6 eyes.
