聚氨酯泡沫塑料是目前常用的塑料制品,分为软泡沫塑料和硬泡沫塑料.本文主要讨论聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料(什锦类)的隔振性能.为了了解这种材料的隔振性能,我们在常温条件下,在块状材料的厚度方向进行了竖向振动的隔振试验,试验主要包括:1.在几种预压静荷重下,测量材料在不同频率下的动态应力-应变关系,以了解材料的阻尼特性.2.在不同的荷重和材料厚度情况下,测量材料隔振系统在不同输入条件下的高频绝对传递率关系,以了解材料的刚度特性.
