在废杂铝重熔再生过程中,由于原料化学成分波动较大,加剧了成分含量预报与调控的难度。本文对铝合金化学成分的等级标准进行数字化表征,并确定了各质量等级的评价标准,便于检验铸件优质程度。针对废杂铝再生过程各工序的化学成分变化特点,制定了配料工艺调控、保温过程成分预报和精炼工序成分调控等优化方案。
In the waste aluminum remelting regeneration process, due to volatile chemical composition of raw materials, exacerbated the composition of the content prediction and control of the difficulty. In this paper, the chemical composition of the aluminum alloy grade standards for digital characterization, and to determine the quality rating of the evaluation criteria, easy to test the quality of castings. Aiming at the characteristics of the chemical composition in the process of waste aluminum regeneration, the optimization scheme of ingredient process control, heat preservation process composition prediction and refining process composition control was worked out.
