针对目前国家对保险人才的重视和需求这一现状,保险高等教育在支持保险业健康发展,为保险市场输送专业人才的作用越来越突出,因此本文就高职高专保险专业人才的培养现状以及高职高专开展保险专业人才培养进行探究。以期为国内学者们进一步研究提供参考。
