全国冶金企业职工,在冶金部及各厂党委的正确领导下,高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,突出政冶,开展了以五好为中心的比学赶帮超运动,大大激发了生产热情,提高了思想觉悟。全体职工都把本职工作与我国社会主义革命事业联系起来,作到心怀祖国,放眼世界,从而产生了巨大的物质力量。近两年来,全国侧吹转炉车间的各项技术经济指标取得了良好的成绩。其中尤为突出的几项是: 1.提高了质量,扩大了品种。各厂质量合格率有较大的提高,并在品种上有了较多的增加。试制成功并成批生产了多种普通低合金钢。上钢一厂焊条钢、天津钢厂的架空线用钢、上钢三厂的薄板钢都赶上了国际先进水平,为侧吹转炉钢争得了荣誉。
