将20mm厚1 000MPa级钢板在线淬火后进行不同温度的回火处理,观察了组织及屈强比的变化。结果表明:回火区间在400~550℃范围,屈强比从0.81增长到0.93;回火区间在550~650℃范围,屈强比从0.93降低到0.88。试验钢单相回火索氏体组织屈强比最高,屈强比上升按组织形貌排序为:回火贝氏体加回火马氏体、回火贝氏体加回火索氏体、回火索氏体。
The 20mm thick 1000MPa grade steel was quenched on-line after tempering at different temperatures, and the changes of microstructure and yield ratio were observed. The results show that the yield ratio increases from 0.81 to 0.93 in the range of 400-550 ℃ and decreases from 0.93 to 0.88 in the range of 550-650 ℃. The single-phase tempered sorbets showed the highest yield-to-yield ratio and the higher yield-to-yield ratio according to the order of microstructure: tempered bainite plus tempered martensite, tempered bainite plus tempered sorbite, Tempering sorbite.
