一、组织领导为了贯彻“全面发展因材施教”的教育方针,应该通过学生的课外活动,加强劳动教育,培养学生研究生物科学的兴趣、积极钻研学术的习惯和从事农业生产的实际技能;从而巩固和扩大课堂所学的知识.基于这一目的,我们组织了小米丘林学家协会.1956年3月,在自愿的原则下,分别在高初中部吸收了对生物学有兴趣的、而又各科成绩及格的56个同学参加,按照各年级知识水平和爱好,结合正课学习,初中一、二年级组织植物学家小组,三年级组织动物学家小组,高中组织米丘林科学研究组.4月初由全体会员大会通过会章,选举产生理事会,负责领导协会经常工作,如搜集情况,制订计划,组织活动等.为了加强教师的主导作用,发挥团队员的积极性,理事会主席由一生物教师担任,小组长由各组从团队员中推定,各组均聘有指导教师,依照计划,按照季节和课程进度开展活动,学校统一规定了每周的课
