随着当代艺术创作的“跨界”现象越来越普遍,艺术的形式和观念发生了巨大变化,艺术创作中材料的运用越来越成为艺术表现中的重要组成部分。传统工具的长期使用和不变的材料媒介有时会阻碍艺术创作语言表现的单一,新的材料和新的技术的出现势必激发对材料探索的创新和突破。以往狭义的传统创作材料开始向综合材料转变,多种材料媒介的综合使用让艺术创作展现出更多的可能性。但是当一切都有可能成为材料时,并不意味着材料可以滥用。以中央美院为例,几乎各个系、科专业都建立起了“材料工作室”。当各个
With the “cross-border” phenomenon of contemporary art becoming more and more common, the form and concept of art have undergone tremendous changes. The use of materials in art creation has increasingly become an important part of artistic expression. The long-term use of traditional tools and unchanging material media sometimes hinder the emergence of a single language of artistic creation. The emergence of new materials and new technologies is bound to inspire innovation and breakthroughs in material exploration. In the past, traditional materials for writing started to change to composite materials. The combined use of various media made art creation more possibilities.
