膀胱肿瘤是泌尿系统最常见的肿瘤之一，且复发率较高。目前的治疗倾向于保留膀胱的手术治疗，并辅以膀胱内药物灌注以防肿瘤复发。实际工作中有些患者合并尿道狭窄难以插入导尿管；亦有患者在磅胱肿瘤切除后并发尿道肿瘤。有鉴于此，我们于1994～1997年采用将气囊导尿管的气囊
Bladder cancer is one of the most common tumors in the urinary system and has a high recurrence rate. The current treatment tends to preserve the surgical treatment of the bladder, supplemented with intravesical drug infusion to prevent tumor recurrence. In practice, some patients with urethral strictures are unable to insert catheters; others also have urethral tumors after pound cystectomy. In view of this, we used airbags for balloon catheters from 1994 to 1997.
