为进一步阐明颞颌关节镜手术相关的解剖结构,作者用4具头颅8侧及10侧已制备的半侧头颅解剖标本,共18侧标本,对面神经、耳颞神经和颞浅动静脉血管神经束至耳屏后缘中点的距离,关节窝与颅中窝的最近距离,关节上腔后壁至外耳道前壁的距离,外耳道软骨的前倾角等数据进行了测量。临床上,对95例次关节镜手术过程中,关节囊内外侧壁至表皮穿刺点的距离也进行了测定和记录,根据临床实际遇到的情况,及文献中报道并发症的种类,对解剖结构与临床并发症的关系进行了分析并提出了防治措施。
