中国改革开放已进入到第19个年头。弹指一挥间。广东作为领风气之先的“先行一步”之地,其发展轨迹尤为世人所瞩目。肩负着党中央和国务院所交付的重担,任仲夷同志、梁灵光同志在1980年11月南下广东,主持和参与了广东“先行一步”的改革开放实践,其间不乏磕磕碰碰风风雨雨……对此,梁灵光同志在回忆录里坦陈了心迹。征得本人的同意,本刊选编了梁灵光回忆录中的部分精彩章节(大、小标题为编者所添加),以飨读者。
