目的比较常用药物敏感试验方法检测产KPC型碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院分离收集的8株产KPC型碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌为研究对象,用纸片扩散法、AST-GN 13药敏板、ATB G-5药敏板、NC 31药敏板,比较对耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率,结果不同检测方法在亚胺培南、美罗培南及厄他培南方面存在差异,其中检出率最高的是纸片扩散法,其次为AST-GN 13药敏板、ATB G-5药敏板,最低为NC 31药敏板。结论产KPC型碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌在常规仪器筛查的同时,应结合纸片扩散法进行,不仅提高检出率,还具有经济性和操作简便的优势,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To compare the detection rate of KPC carbapenemase Klebsiella pneumoniae with the commonly used drug sensitive test methods.
