对职工进行思想政治教育的形式是多种多样的。我们进行思想政治工作必须结合实际情况,因地制宜地采用有效形式来达到最佳效果。本文结合建筑行业的特点,提出施工企业思想政治工作的“三法”教育,即:思想政治工作的直观法教育、对比法教育和疏导法教育,与大家共同探讨。一、思想政治工作的直观法教育:所谓直观教育,就是把我们的工作意图及时传达给群众,把我们的工作成绩和困难如实告诉群众,使群众解除疑虑,增强信心,加深理解。
There are many forms of ideological and political education for workers. Our ideological and political work must be based on the actual situation and adopt the most effective form in accordance with the local conditions to achieve the best results. Combining with the characteristics of construction industry, this paper puts forward the “three laws” education in ideological and political work of construction enterprises, namely, the intuitive law education of ideological and political work, the education of comparative law and the education of decontrol law, and discusses with everyone. I. Intuitive Law Education on Ideological and Political Work: The so-called visual education refers to timely communicating our work intention to the masses, truthfully informing the masses of our achievements and difficulties so that the masses can lift their doubts, enhance their confidence and deepen their understanding.
