葡萄是多年生藤本浆果果树。目前世界上栽培面积达15,000万亩,年产量达6,500万吨,不论栽培面积还是年总产量,均居果树之首。我国也盛产葡萄,惟优良品种较奇缺。近年来,我们进行葡萄茎尖试管繁殖,初获成功。此法与常规繁殖相比,不受自然条件的限制,繁殖速度快,无病毒感染,苗木培养质量亦好,这为葡萄良种快速繁殖和育苗工厂化提供了可能性。 材料和方法
Grape is a perennial vines berry fruit tree. At present, the cultivated area in the world is up to 150 million mu and the annual output is 65 million tons, ranking first in the fruit trees regardless of cultivated area or annual output. Our country is also rich in grapes, but the elite varieties are scarce. In recent years, we carried out the reproductive test of grape shoots in vitro and achieved initial success. Compared with conventional breeding, this method is not limited by natural conditions, and has the advantages of rapid propagation, virus-free infection and good cultivation quality of seedlings, which provides the possibility of quick breeding and nursery factoryization of grapes.
