随着《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2012年)》(以下简称“纲要”)提出“办好开放大学”以及“积极发展继续教育,完善终身教育体系,建设学习型社会”的新形势和背景下,电大系统也要在原有基础上,适时调整发展战略,探索转型升级为开放大学,而作为肩负电大转型使命的教师队伍,乃关键所在和动力之源。基层电大教辅人员如何在新形势下提升自己、及时转型,需要以学生满意为最高标准并真正付诸实践。
