Health and disease are two aspects of unity of opposites, so absolutely healthy and disease-free people almost never exist. In medical and forensic practice, the injured person is often encountered with some diseases and sometimes the disease is still quite serious. Therefore, the correlation between the injury and the disease or the lesion must be clarified. This involves not only legal proceedings and rulings of criminal responsibility but also civil compensation, labor protection and iatrogenic
