本文总结了1991年2月～1992年12月收治的邱氏杀鼠药中毒35例。临床主要表现为抽搐、意识障碍。在中毒常规处理基础上采取了以鲁米那、胞二磷胆碱、甘露醇为治疗组,鲁米那为对照组的两种方案治疗,观察6小时止惊效果治疗组优于对照组。胞二磷胆碱可增强脑血管张力,增加脑血流量与甘露醇合用能更有效的改善脑水肿,且能促进与意识相关的网状结构上行激活系统,具有较强的促进意识障碍恢复作用,与鲁米那同用止惊效果显著。
