明人《四季赏玩图》卷画中皇帝是谁,只能游移在明宣宗或明宪宗之间。由于拍卖行注记其为十九世纪的仿作,本文由近人小记及画尾钤印讨论其近世的收藏与鉴玩经过,以及仿作的可能性,包括该卷如何在有明一代或入清之初由大内流出。至于画中皇帝是谁,经与流传有绪的明宣宗、明宪宗画像比对,相对较符合明宪宗的脸部特征。复与中国国家博物馆藏的《明宪宗调禽图》《明宪宗元宵行乐图》交叉比对,更增其为明宪宗的可能性,也因此引发目前诸多画作题名为“明宣宗”的疑点。至于画中赏玩的地点、秋千上的装饰、御前近侍及宫嫔的配饰等,尚有诸多值得探讨之处。
