本文选出了用改装的ICPS-PGS2单道扫描直读光谱仪直接测定高纯氧化铥中十四种稀土杂质的最优测量条件。考查了氧化铥基体对被测稀土元素的干扰和稀土元素间的相互干扰。在优化实验条件下,本方法测定下限为在10~(-2)~10~(-4)%之间,标准加入回收值在86.6%~115%之间,样品分析的相对标准偏差小于6.7%。本方法可适用于纯度小于99.95%氧化铥中十四个稀土杂质的例行分析。
This paper selected the modified ICPS-PGS2 single-channel direct reading spectrometer direct determination of fourteen kinds of rare earth impurities in high-purity oxide 的 the optimal measurement conditions. The interference of rare earth elements and rare earth elements in oxide matrix was examined. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the lower limit of this method was between 10 -2 and 10 -4%, the standard recovery value was between 86.6% and 115%, and the relative standard deviation of sample analysis was less than 6.7 %. This method can be applied to the routine analysis of fourteen rare earth impurities in less than 99.95% of oxide 纯.
