(一)情况一、這次參加會議的代表,共四百八十人,包括十五个縣,三十一種民族,其中僰族二百零三人,漢族八十一人,倮黑族三十四人,卡瓦族三十四人,卡多族二十九人,阿卡族十七人,倮(?)族十二人,本人四人,不都七人,樸滿族五人,回族八人,(?)地族五人,西摩洛、彝族、雋尼族、蒙化族、麻黑族、布孔族、老伉族、老捆族、空格族、傈傈族、傜族、阿嫫族、八甲族、攸羅族、登角族、碧約族、香堂族、卡炳族、孟獲族共三十七人,代表的階級成份,從土司頭人?到貧雇農。二、開會初,代表的思想頗為複雜,存在着不少顾慮,希望解决許多问题,一部份代表希望在开過會后知道一些做法去宣传给人民。
