本文综述了近十几年国内外有关苯并（ａ）芘免疫毒作用的靶细胞研究进展，介绍了苯并（ａ）芘免疫毒作用的多细胞学说和单一细胞效应学说，并对不同学者的研究结论进行了比较和分析。从目前最新的研究成果来看，巨噬细胞可能是苯并（ａ）芘免疫毒作用的靶细胞。
This review summarizes the research progress of target cells related to the immunotoxicity of benzo (a) pyrene both at home and abroad over the past decade. The multicellular theory and the single cell effect theory of immunotoxicity of benzo (a) pyrene are introduced. Different scholars The conclusions of the study were compared and analyzed. From the latest research results, macrophages may be the target cells of the immunotoxic effect of benzo (a) pyrene.
