使用当地原燃料一直是印度炼铁的主导方向。印度钢铁工业发展的新模式是通过建造大型高炉实现规模化和高效化,前提是不放弃自身的原燃料优势。印度高炉大型化的时代已经来临,小型炼钢厂已经遍布全国各地。贾姆谢普尔钢铁厂(Jamshedpur)是经历过不同炼铁历史时期持续发展的典型代表,现在也准备建造和操作更大的高炉。看来其他国家或地区发展大型高炉的历史将在印度复制。高炉处于绝对的和长期的统治地位的原因有:①生产规模和效率的完美匹配;②在原料、工艺技术和操作方法上有惊人的进步和持续的创新;③世界范围内炼铁工作者保持着深度交流和经验分享。
The use of local raw materials has always been the dominant direction in India’s ironmaking. The new model for the development of the Indian steel industry is to achieve economies of scale and efficiency through the construction of large scale blast furnaces without giving up on the advantages of their own raw materials. The era of large-scale blast furnace in India has arrived, small steel mills have been all over the country. Jamshedpur is a typical representative of the continuous development of different ironmaking history and is now also preparing to build and operate a larger blast furnace. It seems that the history of large blast furnaces in other countries or regions will be replicated in India.
