目的:通过糖尿病及其并发症的临床检验分析查看各项生理指标变化情况,为糖尿病及其并发症的临床治疗做出重要指导。方法:选择2014年7月在我院接受治疗的患者58例,分析病人的临床信息资料。结果:糖尿病患者在空腹状态下的血糖、尿微量白蛋白、糖化血蛋白以及二聚体等各项生理指标都有增高的现象。当病人出现并发症后,上述的几个标准都会有明显的升高现象。结论:糖尿病患者及其并发症的临床检验可以提高治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of various physiological indexes through the clinical examination and analysis of diabetes mellitus and its complications and make important guidance for the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Methods: Fifty-eight patients treated in our hospital in July 2014 were selected to analyze the clinical information of the patients. Results: The fasting blood glucose, urine microalbumin, glycated blood protein and dimer and other physiological indicators have increased. When the patient appears complications, several of the above criteria will have a significant increase. Conclusion: Clinical tests of patients with diabetes and its complications can improve the therapeutic effect.
