《北京支部生活》2002年第三期刊登了《开发富民洞,书记暖人心》一文,读了村支书陈玉舒带领群众开发大溶洞脱贫奔小康的事迹,我深深地感受到:要实践江总书记“三个代表”的重要思想,发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用,党支部书记就应该像陈玉舒那样。第一,要有使命感和责任感。陈玉舒看着乡亲们收人低,村集体穷,心里着急,吃不好,睡不着,千方百计寻找发财致富的路子“乡亲们要老是富不起来,要党支部干啥呢?”有了这样的意识,他就把使命感和责任感融进了自己的血液。第二,要有科学的开拓精神。想带领群众脱贫致富,出发点是好的,但怎样才能脱贫致富就不是光想想、说说就能办到的。陈玉舒有敢为人先
