闷热的夏季,许多人爱买瓶装的冰镇绿茶、橙汁、可乐来解暑。其实,在我国古代,早就有制作方法成熟的各种夏季饮料,这些古代饮料大都采用天然材料制作而成,而且特别重视口感和保健的双重需要。只是古代还没有“饮料”一词,聪明的祖先,把他们喜爱的这些饮料统称为“熟水”。最早的“熟水”是宋代著名词人李清照常喝的“白豆蔻熟水”。李清照在夏季常有暑湿脾虚的毛病,于是,她就给自己制作“白豆蔻熟水”饮料,在炎热的夏季当水喝。据中医史书《本草拾遗》记载,白豆蔻性味辛温,有化湿行气、暖胃消滞的作用。多用于湿阻气滞、胸闷腹胀、胃寒腹痛、宿食不消等症。
