目的观察疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗耳源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择耳源性眩晕患者120例,按照随机原则分为治疗组60例和对照组60例;治疗组给予疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔每天1次联合治疗,对照组常规给予盐酸培他司汀注射液每天1次治疗,两组疗程均为7d,疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后症状均有好转,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗耳源性眩晕效果显著,作用安全,能明显的缩短疗程减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with buflomedil hydrochloride in the treatment of otogenic vertigo. Methods 120 patients with otogenic vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment group was given Shuxuetong combined with buflomedil hydrochloride once daily. The control group was routinely given hydrochloric acid One day treatment of Tingting injection, two courses of treatment are 7d, after the end of the two groups observed clinical efficacy. Results The symptoms of both groups improved after treatment, but the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Shuxuetong combined buflomedil hydrochloride treatment of otogenic vertigo effect is significant, safe, can significantly shorten the course of treatment to alleviate the suffering of patients.
