我们于1990年3月至1991年1月应用654—2佐治支气管肺炎33例,同时测定支气管肺炎患儿外周血白细胞吞噬功能,超氧化物岐化酶(简称SOD)活性,脂质过氧化物(简称LPO)含量。观察654—2佐治支气管肺炎患儿的疗效,以及对氧自由基、白细胞吞噬功能的影响。对象与方法一、对象:本文确诊的支气管肺炎56例,分2组。①对照组:常规治疗(抗生素、止咳平喘),23例(男10例,女13例)。年龄2月至11岁,平均3岁3个月。②治疗组:33例(男18例,女15例),年龄2个月~6岁,平均2岁4个月,常规治疗外,加用654-20.2~0.5mg/kg/次加入10%葡萄糖静脉注
