目的了解农一师碘缺乏病健康教育的普及情况,为今后健康教育的干预活动提供科学依据。方法采用国家《2008年中央补助地方公共卫生专项资金地方病防治项目技术方案》的要求,对农一师15个团场1500名五年级小学生和750名育龄妇女进行问卷调查和现场问答,同时采集育龄妇女家中盐样750份进行检测。结果 1500名小学生平均分数为62.13,及格率为67.33%,IDD(碘缺乏病)知晓率56.53%;750名育龄妇女平均分数为74.08,及格率为73.33%,IDD(碘缺乏病)知晓率68.53%。检测750份(户)碘盐,碘盐均值为29.91mg/kg,碘盐中位数为31.69mg/kg,合格率100%。结论各级领导的重视,加强多部门配合及持之以恒的碘缺乏病健康教育宣传行之有效。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Health Education in Nongyizhong Division and provide a scientific basis for future health education interventions. Methods According to the requirements of the National Program of Endemic Disease Prevention and Treatment of Local Public Health Fund in 2008, a total of 1,500 fifth grade primary school students and 750 women of childbearing age from 15 branches of Nongyizhi were surveyed and quizzed at the scene. At the same time, reproductive age 750 samples of salt in women’s homes were tested. Results The average score of 1,500 pupils was 62.13, the pass rate was 67.33%, the awareness rate of IDD (iodine deficiency disorder) was 56.53%. The average score of 750 women of childbearing age was 74.08, the passing rate was 73.33%. The awareness rate of IDD (iodine deficiency disorder) was 68.53 %. Detection of 750 (households) iodized salt, iodized salt mean 29.91mg / kg, iodized salt median 31.69mg / kg, pass rate of 100%. Conclusions The leadership at all levels should pay attention to strengthening the multi-sectoral cooperation and persisting health education campaign on iodine deficiency disorders.
