以纤维连接蛋白(Fn)为标记物,应用免疫组化技术对32例膀胱癌及10例正常膀胱组织中上皮基底膜、血管基底膜及平滑肌束膜进行检测.结果显示,正常膀胱组织中,上皮及血管基底膜、平滑肌束膜连续性完整.浸润型膀胱癌,上皮基底膜和平滑肌束膜中断、缺失普遍存在,相应部位癌细胞侵袭,Fn成份表达率下降;浅表型膀胱癌改变不明显,两者间有显著性差异.在2例T_4期膀胱癌中发现癌细胞侵袭小血管,相应部位基底膜及Fn成份缺失.提示,基底膜及平滑肌束膜受损程度,其Fn成份表达程度可作为评估膀胱癌侵袭,转移及预后判定的客观指标.
