目的:研究愈宁胶囊对切除性手术伤模型家兔的治疗作用。方法:观察愈宁胶囊对切除伤模型兔伤口愈合面积、病理组织学以及对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀、小鼠扭体反应的影响。结果:愈宁胶囊对切除性手术伤模型家兔的伤口有治疗作用,起效剂量为1.428g/kg;1.428至5.712g/kg剂量能促进术后第5天和第7天的伤口愈合,减轻术后7天病理的病变程度;1.428至5.712g/kg剂量对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀有明显抑制作用,1.428至5.712g/kg剂量对小鼠醋酸扭体反应有一定的镇痛作用。结论:愈宁胶囊对家兔切除性伤口模型有修复作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Yu-ning capsule on rabbits with resected surgical injury model. Methods: The wound healing area, histopathology, wound healing of rat carrageenan foot swelling and writhing reaction of Yu Ning Capsule were observed.
