利用GC－MS对太白棱子芹籽挥发油进行分离鉴定，总共检出70个成分，确定了43个成分的化学结构及相对含量；并且对其主要成分L一藏茴香酮做了抑制大鼠子宫平滑肌和解除肠平滑肌痉挛的药理观察，筛选出太白棱子芹籽挥发油的主要活性成分为L-藏茴香酮。
GC-MS was used to isolate and identify the essential oil of P. bracteatum. A total of 70 components were detected and the chemical structure and relative content of 43 components were determined; and L-anisanirone, its main component, was used to inhibit rat uterus. The pharmacological observation of the smooth muscle and the relaxation of intestinal smooth muscle spasm revealed that the main active ingredient of the essential oil of P. oleifera seeds was L-Xanthranone.
