齐鲁乙烯工程芳烃装置有两台从日本引进的离心式压缩机,其主要性能见下表。机器初找正后的二次灌浆属无垫铁灌浆施工,要求使用300号微收缩水泥砂浆,当时在严冬季节施工难度是很大的,日平均气温-2℃,最低气温为-11℃,二次灌浆随时有被冻坏的危险。工期紧,灌浆5天后,砂浆抗压强度要达到设计强度,机器进行最终找正。二次灌浆砂浆必须是微收缩砂浆,灌浆层的最终收缩量
