中外合资的葫芦岛东方铜业有限公司来了,中外合资的葫芦岛新奥燃气有限公司来了,上海人投资的葫芦岛锌冶炼有限公司来了,东大阿尔派的计算机软件开发项目来了……葫芦岛市招商引资效果显著,外资、内资纷至沓来。据初步统计,自建市之初至2003年年底,葫芦岛市共审批外资企业269户,投资总额140269万美元,实际吸引外资22931万美元,内联引进100万元以上项目84个,资金到位15522.3万元。外部资金的注入弥补了葫芦岛市的建设资金不足,改善了其产业结构,加快了经济结构的调整,为葫芦岛的经济发展添了一把火。
