患者男性,70岁.因反复头昏、头痛20余年,持续性胸背痛6h入院.自含服硝酸甘油、速效救心丸症状不能缓解.患者有原发性高血压史20余年.入院体检:T36.8℃,P80次/min,R24次/min,BP100/70mmHg,急性病容,双肺无殊,心界略向左下扩大,心率80次/min,心律齐,心尖部第一心音略减弱,未闻杂音.
